Pc won’t boot or post even when all lights on motherboards and components are working.

Hello, today I got a new cpu, but now for somereason I needed to change psu’s because one was acting odd as I had to put it in a specific place for it to actually work, but now it turns on just no posting, help?

found the reason it wasn’t turning on bios was too old, flashed it with old cpu, added new one worked once more, thanks for trying to help though.
