There is no need to delete those items.

Very nice, now the final thing you should do is run a check disk, also if you have not done so in a while I suggest that you clean the laptop fans.

Run chkdsk /f /r from elevated command prompt.
In the video they only specify /r I need you to run chkdsk /f /r
