Microsoft apps crashing on startup

    If installing the Store app from the link given didn’t work then you’re looking at a clean install.
    A clean install is done by creating installation media on a USB then booting the PC from this USB media & deleting all partitions on the drive (unless you have a data partition then you should leave this). The media will create the partitions it requires.
    You will lose all files & programs so you should have a backup of your files & all the installer .exe or installations CDs of your programs.

    You can always create a disk image beforehand in case it still doesn’t work.

      One question before I do the clean install
      Is there a way I can reactivate the Windows product key (I don’t have the code anymore, if there is some way to find it or something?)
