Super problem

Hello everyone, yesterday I had some recordings made with the webcam that I put in my Windows 10 PC via USB cable.
I put everything in Hard disk โ€œDโ€, which is the largest one, so as not to overload the C.
While watching the videos, I clicked to go to the next one, but everything froze, the video kept going but I could no longer do any action. I managed to knock the window down but it didnโ€™t close in any way. Then with ctrl + alt + del I turned off the computer.
It took a long time to reboot, and now it has these symptoms:
• the background has disappeared
• does not make me open any folders or images that I have on the desktop. If I try to open a photo or video it says โ€œinterface not registeredโ€, if I try to open a folder it says โ€œattempt to refer to a non-existent tokenโ€.
• I canโ€™t even use the quick start bar or in any case the button at the bottom left from which to access the control panel, etc. It gives no sign of life, as if you donโ€™t even click. In fact, to turn off I have to do ctrl + alt + delete.
• if I restart nothing changes, it continues to take a long time and then you get to the same point
• only internet works correctly, I can open both chrome and mozilla and they work normally

What do you think it can be? Anyone know this problem?
I absolutely cannot afford to lose data, I work on it.
Please help me

try getting into Safe Mode (Start > Power icon > Shift + Restart), and see if things change.

do you have any backups?

letโ€™s get your PC specsโ€ฆ

download Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
paste that link into a post.
One area Speccy doesnโ€™t show is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.

hai dei backup?

prendiamo le specifiche del tuo PCโ€ฆ

scarica Speccy da qui; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, fare clic su File > Pubblica istantanea > Copia negli Appunti > Chiudi.
incolla quel link in un post.
Unโ€™area che Speccy non mostra รจ lโ€™alimentatore, quindi includi anche la marca/modello dellโ€™alimentatore.
Hi, thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortunately, I donโ€™t have any backups, and Iโ€™m ignorant with computers, so I suppose it will also be difficult to help me.
Anyway, I wanted to try to do the process you asked me to see the specs of my PC, but unfortunately itโ€™s not connected to the internet right now.
And the button that opens available wi-fi networks doesnโ€™t work, so I donโ€™t know how to connect it to the internet. And so I donโ€™t even know how to download Speccy.
Is there another way to know my pcโ€™s specs?
it is an HP laptop bought in 2018, it has Windows 10, then I read the intel core i7 7th Gen label, and in the other label Nvidia geforce gtx.
However, in the meantime I have found a way to browse the folders: if I click the Windows key + R it opens โ€œrunโ€ to open programs or folders, and I can click on โ€œbrowseโ€, at which point I browse the folders. Could it help?

Do you have an external drive you can save data on
Do you have any data you need to get off this computer? If yes then make a ubuntu bootable usb or dvd
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu NO install needed
Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.

Insert the usb or cd/dvd and boot your system. You may have to change bios settings to boot from the usb or cd/dvd (every computer is different) We can help with this.

When the computer boots choose TRY UBUNTU and let the system boot.

When booted look on the left-hand side of the screen and click on Files icon

Then click on Other Locations at the bottom of the list

Click on your drive for example Win 7

Click on Users Icon

Click on your name listed under users

You should now see your data e.g Documents Pictures etc.

Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.

When finished Click on the shutdown icon in the top right-hand corner Click on Power Off

hello thanks for the answer, I did not understand the procedure very well, but I see that you have linked a guide, now I look at it. my problem is that I donโ€™t have the ability to connect the computer to the internet. because the button that leads to view the available wi-fi networks does not work. Anyway I managed to insert my external hard drive to take away the important data, but if I try to copy it it crashes and says: "unable to copy the file. Unexpected error. If the error persists, you can use the error code to search learn more about the problem. Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed due to an I / O device error. "

Can you create a new administrator user.

You can create a Local Administrator Account in Windows 11/10 using Local Users and Groups console, Command Prompt or Settings app.
