Hi guys weird little issue.

Weird little issue I am having. Seems to only happen when I am playing a game. But normally my fps will start dropping before this happens, but I lose controll of my mouse and everything is very delayed for probably 30 seconds. I literally have zero control. It is almost as if I am being “DDOS’D” or something lol. which im pretty sure I am not.
But within 30 seconds everything will comeback to normal. It is just quite annoying because in some games it will get me killed and cost me big time.

Every time before it happens. I know its going to happen i will feel the fps stutter before it drops hard and everything freezes up.

I have a 3070 ventus 3x.
Figured specs aren’t too important seeing as this clearly isn’t a hardware issue.

I really think I don’t have any backup or cloud settings enabled. definitely not on purpose.
Very odd issue not sure what could be causing it.

Can you change your power to normal
Active power scheme:
AMD Ryzen High Performance

Ram should not be a problem - Have you overclocked your ram in the bios?
If yes set bios back to defaults for testing

I can change it to normal. and yes i have x amp on. i can turn it off tho.

Try both power to normal and no xmp and test please

Might also be worth disabling windows updates, just while you game.
You can re enable at any time to have it check for updates on your own terms.

still does it every once in a while. really cant figure it out.
happened last night playing call of duty. cost me the game left me out to die in the gas. lol

Easy service Optmizer will turn off Wifi by default. Make sure Wlansvc is enabled if you select tweaked mode.

It shows in speccy

I mean you could always disable it prior to gaming, service and startup.

Also, you could block it in windows firewall, to test…
