Display off and gpu fans very loud

Hello every one.. So iam having a very strange problem with my pc…

It started 3 days ago i was browsing internet then the display went off and i heard a very noisy sound from the gpu especially.. The wierd thing is that when i tried to power it again i heard 5 beeps and no display

Today i tried to power on and it does power on for a couple of minutes without the beeps and then it repeats the strange. Process again.. No display and very noisy gpu fans

Specs

Cpu core i5 9400f

Gpu : 1060 6gb

500w power supply

Ssd 240 gb

Any help please ?

what make/model motherboard?
if your motherboard has graphics ports, and your processor has inbuilt graphics, remove your graphics card and try using the rig with the monitor plugged into the mobo graphic ports.
