windows 7 installed but it looks like windows 10 how do i fix
my brothers pc has been for like the last 2 months. He took it to a shop in our town and they downloaded βwindows 10β was charged for windows ten. everything from boot up to just idle screen is exactly what windows 10 looks like but in control panel it is saying windows 7. i have no clue im looking for and what i should do. thanks in advance for any helpful tips or ideas
EDIT : I have tried classic shell and its downloaded but wonβt open for anything. whilst downloaded i got an error code that said " classic shell failed to register contact support personnel."
His PC specs are
i5-9400
AMD RADEON RX 570
16 GB DDR4 3200
2tb SEAGATE BARRACUDA HDD
600w psu i think ( i forgot and i dont want to dig through his pc)
