Taskbar on 2 of 3 screens

I have a 3 monitor setup. 2 main screens and a 3rd smaller one which I use for photo slideshows (it’s a portable screen connected via usb-c)

Is there a way to have the task bar permanently on the 2 main screens but not on the third smaller one. It seems in windows settings it’s all or 1.

Any help is much appreciated.

from my experience, what you are seeing is correct, it’s either all or 1.
