My pc wont turn on, Please help

So i had screen problems at first β€œscreen wouldnt turn on” so i went on youtube to find a fix, video stated that its probably my ram and i needed to clean it, so i did. I placed the ram back and tried turning it on, it didnt turn on and it made a very loud nonstop noise of some sort, i have a prebuild and i dont know alot about pcs but the pc i have is an acer nitro n50-600, it isnt the best but ill buy my own parts when i get the money.

How? What steps did you take?

Did you put the ram back into the same places you took them out of?

Check to make sure that nothing is touching the fans.

I took the ram out, cleaned the ram socket with a brush, cleaned the ram with a eraser, placed the ram back in the same place, then boom, this happens

The memory is inserted properly, and no force was used?

Considering the actual motherboard has no moving parts can rule that out.

Complete system specs including make and model and power supply unit.

          Describe the sound.
