Pc and internet speed lagging

My pc speed and internet speed both are lagging . OOkla test shows approx 20 mbps download and upload speed . But pages are loading too slow . I have ethernet connection installed

when was the last time you rebooted your network, that is, modem, router, hubs, switches, etc?
try that as a potential quick fix.

when did you last do any maintenance on the PC?
use Glary Disk Cleaner, or CCleaner to get started down that path.

for the power supply unit, you’ll have to open the case up and look where the power cable goes connects to the PC.
there, you’ll see a sticker on the power supply saying brand, make and model.

no not specifically ccleaner . But malware bytes i have run .
And i havent rebooted any of my network devices . Do u mean turning on and off the internet connection (when u ask about rebooting network device ?)

yep, turn off at the power source your modem and wireless router if you have one, and anything else that is related to you connecting to the internet.

MBAM is a good start, and looks for malware, but CCLeaner will also remove general crap, which can sometimes help speed up a slow PC.

Couple of observations;

You have two different specs of RAM with the wrong stick slowing down the correct stick, the wrong stick is also drawing too much voltage at 1.5 when it should only be 1.35V, this is not only damaging hardware wise but also performance, this and the below is causing high memory usage.

You have two AVs running, why this is bad and what you should do below;

Having more than one AV or Firewall installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.

Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

[COLOR=rgb(226, 80, 65)]If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

Once any other AV has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

Hey admin ,Thanks for your kind support and detailed explanation . i am a noob in hardware related activities. Can u pls just say me what should i tell the engineer to do regarding irregularities wrt RAM as i wont be able to physically correct all those problems .
Also i didnt find any Kaspersky entry in the installed programs . (PFB)From where do i trace what product is installed and how to remove that ?

BUt actually am unable to see even that kapersky thing . Have sent SS above . The tool is asking what to uninstall . But in control panel there is no such information of anything related to Kapersky . What should i uninstall ?

No never . I havent paid for any Antivirus program ever .

Well that is real strange as what is shown to be protecting your computer is a subscription based AV provided by Kaspersky and run from one of their servers, that is why you cannot find it in your list of programs.

You need to read and follow all of the guidance at the link here no one here can help you with the steps as you have to be in front of the computer.
