PC stuck on booting screen

Hello. My computer just can’t boot. It’s always stuck on “preparing automatic repair”. So i tried booting it in safe mode, but that doesn’t work either. It just is stuck on the booting screen. I even put the windows 10 installation on a usb disk and tried booting the pc from the usb. But it still is stuck on the booting screen. The only thing i can do is enter BIOS.

when entered BIOS, did you check the boot order was set to look at the USB stick first?
