OK so here is my problem, I accidentally turned off my pc during a windows update. I taught it was not a big problem until it started restarting but still I just said Iβm gonna do a restore and then is done. But here comes another problem I donβt know or have the system administrator password so I canβt do anything not even enter cmd. I tried some obvious password but nothing worked. I am not home right now I am coming back in a few days there 2 things that I thought of one is to leave the password blank and try, or install windows 10 on a USB drive and put in my pc and install it. If u think any of this will work please tell me or if u have an another idea thats great. Thank you so much for the help.
Computer keeps restarting after windows update

Are you referring to your account password or the BIOS password?
If account password then do you use a local or Microsoft account?
If BIOS/Pre-boot password then usually you would need to contact the pc manufacturer for help as often this is not able to be bypassed but there is something which may help. Iβll post instructions should this be needed.Comment
