I just lost faith trying things for 2 weeks not being able to see what was causing it.
Brang the tower to a local service, when he figured out that motherboard is causing the issues, the hdmi & displayport of that mobo are not functioning correctly and they create an unstable condition, even if they’re not being used (with dedicated gpu). He said is a well known problem of that specific model of msi (b450m mortar max) that other users have experienced as well.
I’m gonna try ask for replacement it to see if thats the case. I hope they ll accept my request to get me a new one, hopefully not with the same issue
