            I’d like a fresh set of frst logs, and I’ll have a look when I get home. Do you have another usb to test on your computer?

                I’m not seeing any malware, just a few oddly named PDF files. Are you aware of these?

                C:\Users\relam\Downloads\20211108-32008687.pdf
                C:\Users\relam\Downloads\aaa139fa-2de9-4071-be36-64c177efdda2.pdf

                ================================================== =

                And this file?

                C:\Users\relam\AppData\Roaming\Unknown Organization
                C:\DEM_19

                Can you please scan these two files at Virus Total.

                ================================================== ========

                Let’s run a scan with Emsisoft Emergency Kit to be safe.
                [ul]
                [li]Install and Run Emsisoft Emergency Kit (EEK):[/li]
                • [li]Double click EmergencyKitScanner.exe to install EEK[/li][li]When the installation of EEK is complete the Emergency Kit scanner will run.[/li]NOTE: Make sure to enable PUPs detection.
                  [li]Click β€œYes” to Update Emsisoft Emergency Kit[/li][li]Under β€œScan” click-on β€œMalware Scan”.[/li]IMPORTANT: Do not quarantine or delete anything. We just want the scan log without anything being quarantined or deleted.
                  [li]Save the scan log somewhere that you can find it.[/li][li]Exit Emsisoft Emergency Kit.[/li][/ul]

                Emsisoft Emergency Kit log (C:\EEK\Reports) can be found here, attach it in your next reply.

                    Sorry for not answering, I try to make time for doing all those steps

                    First the documents on Download are mine
                    The file DEM_19 it’s mine too
                    But Unknown Organization I don’t know nothing about that. I opened it, there is a file named CUE4 and in this file there is nothing.

                    I would try to do the steps today, and I’ll post as soon as I can

                    Thanks so much for your help and your patience

                        I’m fairly certain at this point, it is not a malware issue.

                        I’d like to see one last log to confirm.

                        Download Quick Diag to your desktop.
                        Very Important!! – Make sure program is on your desktop.
                        Disable your Antivirus/Antispyware prior to scanning.
                        Right Click Run as Administrator.
                        Select the Quick Scan.

                        Code:
                             [IMG alt="upload_2017-2-23_9-27-51-png.1654"]https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/upload_2017-2-23_9-27-51-png.1654/

                        Attach the log that is generated in your next post.
