First the documents on Download are mine
The file DEM_19 it’s mine too
But Unknown Organization I don’t know nothing about that. I opened it, there is a file named CUE4 and in this file there is nothing.

I would try to do the steps today, and I’ll post as soon as I can

After that, I plugged my USB but still not showup files, just appears in “devices and printers” and “device administrator” but not where there are the others disk

Ok ok, I disable Windows Defender before scan but only the first two options
And now I have another problem, I guess I need to reinstall windows because I can’t use Menu bar and neither search apps
