Annoying sound playing on the background even after I reinstalled Windows

I’ve been having troubles with a sound in my computer that appears from time to time and now om really getting upset about it. I think it may have came from a program once i installed in my computer named FACEIT, I unistalled it but the sound was still on my computer and even reinstalled windows but i hasn´t worked either.
I used the program ProcessMonitor to detect the sound and discover which programs was reproducing it in my computer, but it could´t detect anything. I’ll leave the recording of the sound in case someone knows where it might come from.

PC noises are generally hardware related and you have confirmed that it was not being caused by anything that was installed on your computer by formatting the storage device when you reinstalled Windows.

To see if there is anything in particular that triggers the noise, make a written note of what the PC is being used for whenever the noise begins.
