Having issues while i install windows 10p

Hey hi this karan from srilanka, i am having prblms while installing windows, i was using my pc without any prblms last week, suddenly my pc couldn’t boot up from sleep mode. After that i hard reset it, from that instance it got stuck on loading screen, i waited fr a longer time, didnt workout, so i took backup of everything was on my hard drive, then I downloaded windows and made bootable flash drive and perfectly done everything i shud, after installation pc restarted a few times. Everything came like starting services with percentage. After that the same happened as before ( stuck on loading screen). I thought the hard drive might be the prblm. So i changed the harddrive nothing happened, ive checked ram sticks, and tried other versions of windows 10, even i tried to install by using a bootable dvd. Still didnt help, i dont know where this went wrong, i never faced this kind of a issue bfr, i hope i can get a help from here.

Windows 10 pro with 2019 office included from (link removed by Admin)
