So I recently installed a m.2 SSD. I removed the OS of my old ssd and installed a clean new os on my new m.2 ssd. Everything was working fine, but now when I first turn the pc on, I get the "your pc/device needs to be repaired. Once I do a " hard reset? (Where I let the pc power for 2-3 seconds then hold the power button on to turn it off) twice, on the 3rd boot it loads fine. I cant use my keyboard (cosair mx silent) on the recovery screen as none of the keys seem to work, I have tried the keyboard in each different usb spot.

Any help is appreciated, as I just sleep my pc now to avoid having to power on and off each day.

I have turned off Fast startup, the problem is still occurring.

I removed the os from my old ssd. I don’t think there was anything major. When the pc starts it shows 2 ssds on the motherboard screen, could it be trying to boot my old ssd?

Remove the original SSD and restart the computer, if it boots without any issue you have pretty much nailed it on that the original SSD is involved in some way.
