Cannot enter BIOS

Hi guys Some time ago I made some changes in the BIOS menu, don’t remember what, but I am unable to enter now…

When I power on the PC and press F2 (my combo) it leads me to OS menu (there is also run system diagnostic option)…

The laptop supports UEFI, but I don’t have such an option to restart in UEFI firmware settings…

I tried with cmd → “shutdown /r /rw”, I get message “The system could not find the environment option that was entered.(203)”…

Any advice ?

We could do with knowing the brand and model name or number of the notebook.

Have you tried connecting a USB type keyboard in case it is the keypad that has an issue.

But you won[ICODE]t know for sure unless you try an external keyboard, happy to leave you with it if you don[/ICODE]t want to try what is suggested, good luck.
