I have a refurbished Dell Optiplex 9020 that turns on and off randomly. I have opened
BIOs after reading threads suggesting that it might be a networking problem with refurbished
machines but the machine still shuts off, which makes me think it is a PSU problem. Does

Could be a heat problem
