Black screen in various games

I have an issue when i play games on PC. When I start any pc game my screen goes black for around 1-2 seconds, especially when i pause the game or when I do alt-tab. For example, in FIFA22 it happens in every cut scene (when i pause game, before any free kick, corner, out). This happens only when I play games, when I watch movies or just use my pc to read internet everything works perfectly. I reinstalled my gpu drivers but it din’t help.

My PC spec: Ryzen 5 2600, RX580 8gb, 16gb ram, SSD.
