My pc keeps making a weird beeping noise. I don’t hear it when I’m connected to my headset, just the speaker. Sometimes it’d beep a couple times in a row, or there’d be no beeping for a while etc. The speaker does play audio fine though.
I’ve attached a voice recording of the beeps, it’s almost a minute long but I wasn’t sure how to clip it.
Is it something to do with the speaker or is it a serious problem? Is there any way to get rid of the noise? Does anyone know? ><
so we aren’t talking about beeps during boot up, but randomly while the PC is going, and for no apparent reason, and no matter what program you are currently running?
does it do it when booted into Safe Mode?
does it affect all users on the PC, that is, try logging in under another account and see what happens.
