how to flash lenovo bios

my pc is a lenovo m91p … intel i7 with a 250gb ssd
i need to flash bios to update it but in all my pc knowledge (quite little) idont know how… dell had 1 exe and boom.. done… lenovo has a dos command i need to type in… so if you will just tell me the command ill be happily out of your hair[ATTACH type=“full”]8440[/ATTACH]

You don[ICODE]t say why you want to update the BIOS so a word of caution, unless you really need to don[/ICODE]t.
