    V-Moda BoomPro isn't working

The problem initally started when i connected my V-Moda BoomPro 3.5mm 4 pin jack into the Headset slot. The headphones work fine but i couldnโ€™t seem to find my mic. (my mic was the realtek audio but it said it was not plugged in) When i took a look at my devices i noticed it did not pick up any sort of mic. i canโ€™t seem to find my realtek device manager in control panel or open RtkNGUI64. So i Deleted and reinstalled the Realtek driver but to no avail. Nothing changed after i reinstalled it. And if your wondering, the other two 3.5mm jacks for 3 pin are not working on my PC. Iโ€™ve tried some of the self help videos on the internet for this and they just repeat the same steps i did.

edit: mic was working fine initially for a few months

There are separate connections for the head set and mic. Using an all in one plug will not work.

You will need a Headset to headphone/mic splitter
