Win10 boot usb doesn’t work

I just built my first pc and downloaded a win10 boot with rufus ( I have tried legacy and uefi) and I have put it first in the boot order but when I start the pc it posts and everything but only gets to a aorus logo and just stays there with nothing happening
(my mobo is a b550 aorus elite v2)

Ok well now it gets to a black screen with the blue win10 logo

Depending on the system and the install media not being corrupt may be a few minutes prior to the next screen coming up.

I have tried the installation media and that also didnt work last time I waited 10 minutes and nothing not even the spinning dots I’m now reinstalling the boot via the windows installer tool to see if that works better

Ok the problem was a outdated bios
