ssd space gone

230gb ssd and it says 160gb being used on apps and features but when i look it clearly doesnt add up to 160gb i have 11gb free and i dont know what to do or delete i have tried everything any help that someone could be able to give me that would be great

it’s the best I’ve found at quickly identifying where all your space has gone.
usual culprits are Downloads, Recycle Bin, Restore Points and Apple Backups
