Occasional black screen when using desktop. What could be causing the issue?

GTX 1050 ti (brand new bought a few days ago off amazon)
My psu is 500+ watts if I remember correctly, Iโ€™ve been monitoring task manager and my gpu doesnโ€™t seem to overheat during games or in general.
windows 10

The issue doesnโ€™t happen when Iโ€™m playing games, anyway. My screen will sometimes go black for a few seconds and then go back on. Sometimes thereโ€™s โ€œspellsโ€ of it happening repeatedly within a short time frame, and then it goes away.
Iโ€™ve tried different cables. Iโ€™ve used 3 different DP cables and an HDMi cable, and one of them was brand new. The problem persists.

I had an rtx 2070 die in this computer a while back. Could something be corrupting my GPUs? Should I just replace my GPU while I still can, or could there be something else going on? I know it could be my PSU, but it doesnโ€™t seem to be overheating and I have an all in one liquid cooling system with additional fans that turn on if theyโ€™re needed. Should I test the psu somehow?

Oh, and I used DDU while the internet was off and all applications were closed to uninstalled my drivers, then I reinstalled my drivers that I downloaded directly from nvidia.
I appreciate any advice. I canโ€™t really just take my pc to a shop right now.

Lets start here.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
