Hello, my names is Zach. I have a Acer aspire 3 A315-53. One day I powered it on and after the acer logo goes away I’m met with a “pc ran into a problem and needs to restart” with the Stop-Code: “CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED”. I read a post online saying if I power off the laptop 3 or more times when the acer logo pops up, I’m suppose to go to an automatic repair page, but that isn’t working for me. I am able to do absolutely zero with the pc as it just infinitely restarts before I can do anything. I cannot find a solution online and I’m super stressed and need help. What do I do?
