Windows 10 restarts by itself

Hi all, my pc reboots by itself every time. Right after I log into windows and my desktop loads, 5 secs after it reboots. This all started couple days ago when all my applications were taking too long to start, I decided to do a clean windows install and this started happing after I reinstalled it. I can log in with safe mode and it’s fine. It only restarts once it’s logged into windows, but is fine in bios. I tried reinstalling cpu, made sure nothing is over heating, reinstalled ram. Not sure how to diagnose this.

specs: windows 10 home 64 bit
2080ti
I7 9700k
32 gig ram

try this: log in under Safe Mode, create a new user account.
rebooting into normal mode and login under the new user profile and see if that helps.

After a clean install ensure you check for further updates & that drivers are updated from the PC’s manufacturer’s website or for graphics card Intel/AMD/nVidia.
