Can you start task manager by pressing the Ctrl Shift and ESC at the same time
Click on the process tab
Do you see any files named newfolder.exe, srvidd20.exe iddono20.exe or editor.exe

Having pressed on CTRL + ESC, I got this attached screenshot
Does this only happen on the desktop ?
Create a new local user (can be deleted after) and see if it still happens
Might be corrupt profile Instructions Click On Me if needed

I have just created a file and named it. The nagging New Folder pops up on the desktop. Then, Iβve created a local account and named it. The New Folderβthe bone of problem, disappeared?

Next step is to copy files to new user profile Click On Me Scroll down to the heading
