Hey!
Just got my new pc, with an Geforce RTX 3070 TUF OC card, and i only now found out it needed 750 w.
And i got 650 w.
will there be a problem and if what so?

There may not be an immediate problem but what will happen over time is that all of your hardware will suffer when your GPU tries to draw the power that it needs direct from the PSU.
GPU manufacturers have been said for years to over estimate the PSU requirements for their cards but I`m afraid that whatever wattage of PSU they state you must stick to it because at the end of the day they are the one that you will have to take any warranty issues up with should your GPU fail, use a PSU that does not meet the recommended spec and you are voiding your warranty, and yes they can tell what has happened when they examine the GPU.
