i have windows 10 home. yes the pc freeze up a bit or sometimes seems a bit like a lag. i have a video here of it happening [MEDIA=reddit]pcmasterrace/comments/km24es[/MEDIA]
usualy it lags my whole pc and keeps it freezed for a short few seconds but while blaying any game online it will usually lag me out of the game

Try Performing a Clean boot in Windows and see if the same issue occurs.

What build of Windows 10 do you have? Have you installed the latest drivers for your video card and motherboard chipset?
