My files are missing

Today I logged in on my pc and found that I couldn’t locate any of my files. My desktop background had changed as well. Is there any way to get back every thing I’ve lost

You could go back to the previous setup using system restore..

It sounds like you’re logged in with a temporary profile. Are your programs & app still there?
I would try restarting the PC several times. If you have fast startup enabled then disable this then restart.
