Internet connection problem after windows upgrade

Hi, I upgraded a Toshiba Satellite A100 from windows vista to windows 10 and I have internet connection problems. It doesnโ€™t show any network and in the device manager the Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection and the Qualcomm Atheros AR5006EG Wireless Network Adapter are having the yellow triangle. I tried to deactivate and activate the two devices a lot of times and finally worked but after I restart my device I have the same problem. I tried to update their drivers but they are already updated. There are a lot of devices with the yellow triangle in the device manager. It doesnโ€™t work the scrolling on the touchpad too. Any ideas?

I just chat with microsoft and told me to type sfc/scannow at the command prompt as administrator and after the scan finishes to restart the laptop and it will fix the issue. I did it and I have the same problem.

Yes, I canโ€™t find them. If I install windows 7 do I have to look for the drivers or it will work with the ones installed in the laptop?
Microsoft send me a Toshiba link https://dynachat.fix4pc.com/ to ask there and they will guide me.

You will have to do a fresh install using the Windows 7 install media.

Yes you will have to get the drivers best place to do that is the Toshiba web site so you get the proper ones for your system.

Also from my research win 7 was the last os supported by that laptop.. I suppose you could go with Linux OS.

I deactivate and activate again the wireless driver and I got connected. What to do now because if Iโ€™ll restart the laptop Iโ€™ll have the same problem.

Which OS are you running now there were several discussed. The system is just not capable to run windows 10 and you will continuously have issues since the hardware in the system is out dated.

Iโ€™m running windows 10 pro. The problems I noticed so far are the internet connection, the bluetooth and the touchpadโ€™s scrolling. Everything else is working so far.

                            I ordered this wireless usb adapter TL-WN823N | 300Mbps Mini Wireless N USB Adapter | TP-Link Greece
I got connected now after a lot of deactivates and activates of the wireless driver and I donโ€™t turn off the laptop until to get the usb adapter. I use a wireless mouse for the touchpadโ€™s scrolling issue and Iโ€™m fine. I also made the windows updates with no result.

I just plugged in the wireless usb adapter. I got connected right away. Everythingโ€™s fine. Thank all for your help.
