symbol on screen??

its not letting me post it but like its in the center of my screen its a dot with four ’ T ’ shapes going round it kinda looks like a crosshair any help pls

can you boot into Safe Mode and see if it appears?
can you do anything - like bring up Task Manager?

I take it this symbol doesn’t move when you move the mouse?
Are you running any shooting game Or have one of these type of games installed?
Do you have any Map app/program open?
