PC stuck at either startup loading or after automated repair.

    Hello to everybody.
Today I tried to turn on my PC and realized that it wasn’t turning on normally.
It either is stuck at the Windows 10 loading screen or after the PC tried to do the automated repair and is then stuck at a black screen with only the cursor visible.
I tried everything I know but nothing helped to fix the issue so far and I am not able to boot into my windows install.
I even tried to do a reinstall but the stick is really slow and not really usable.
Do you have any suggestions what to do or what else to try?

Thank you very much in advance.

    My Specs:
    Ryzen 5 1600,
    Sapphire Pulse RX 5700XT,
    Gigabyte GA-A B350M-DS3H
    24GB 2666MHz

get back into the auto repair menu, go to advanced settings and try either using Restore Points to go back in time or try rebooting into Safe Mode.

also try removing the memory sticks and only leaving on in at a time to see if that narrows it down.
next try removing the graphics card and running on the mobo video ports if it allows that.
