Is the model number written underneath the laptop?
It should also be under Settings>System>About.

Unfortunately I cannot find that model.
        Have you restarted the PC?
Have you tried uninstalling the keyboard driver & then restarting the PC?

To get the proper model number lets try this

          Click Start
          type msinfo
on the right select Open or Run as Administrator
Look for System Model on the right

          Or open a Command Prompt
          type wmic csproduct get name

          Corrected the instructions

What happens when you attempt the first?
What happens at the command prompt?

According to a simple google search it is drive and or firmware for an HP computer.

it does not work. If I try the command prompt it says β€œalias not found” and when I do the first one it says β€œcan’t collect information”

As @Bastet asked did you try a desktop keyboard?
                              in Post # 6 and Post # 8 and Post # 12

Backup your data and see if a reinstall corrects this.

If not then the other thing I would suggest is replace the keyboard.
