To get the proper model number lets try this

Click Start
type msinfo
on the right select Open or Run as Administrator
Look for System Model on the right

Or open a Command Prompt
type wmic csproduct get name

did not work and it automatically restarts plus i uninstalled it 2 times

it does not work. If I try the command prompt it says “alias not found” and when I do the first one it says “can’t collect information”

As @Bastet asked did you try a desktop keyboard?
in Post # 6 and Post # 8 and Post # 12

Backup your data and see if a reinstall corrects this.

If not then the other thing I would suggest is replace the keyboard.

Do you have a pet which may have walked over the keyboard?
