    Debug message on startup

Often when I start my computer running windows ten (kb4579311 installed), I get a β€œdebug” message in notepad on my screen. Here is the message:
[1022/142055.363:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

    Any idea what this means?

    Hi there,

This is apparently a known bug with Chrome-based browsers. What you’ll need to do is close all browsers and delete everything inside the folder called Crashpad from the below directories:

    Chrome: C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad
    Edge: C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Crashpad
    Brave: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Crashpad

Then relaunch the browser(s) and you should be good

Thanks. Have cleared out β€œcrashpad” files for edge and chrome. Never heard of β€œBrave”.
