pc makes strange noise at startup

hi my computer has been making strange noides for maybe the past week on and off. it occurs moments after i power on the pc.
initially i just unplugged it from its power
source for 30 seconds and reconnected the wire and turned it on. that worked the first time.

the second time was days after and the first solutikn didnt eork. i read online that i could log into the pc and then manually shut it down. that worked.

the third time, which js now, is just a day after the second time. neither solutions are working and noe i dont even get onto the login page. instead i get onto a screen thst says something like GIGABYTE UEFI DOUBLE BIOS with no options. that stays on for a few moments before the screen turns off and the keyboard/mouse turn off and the pc beeps before turning back on.

any help will be grestly appreciated.

Sounds like you may have a couple of issues going on, a failed hard drive and possibly a short circuit or overheating problem.

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

im relatively sure this is the pc. i dont know all the details since weve been upgrading it since about 2016.
i think its 8GB of RAM but that could be wrong.it uses a 1050 ti graphics card from NVIDIA i think.im really nto sure for the rest though.

Sorry but before we can begin to help we need two things, a full list of the parts and confirmation from you that you are ok with working inside a computer.

To be able to fix this you will have to work inside of the computer which is also what you will need to do to get the parts information, if unable to do this for your own safety you will need to take the computer to a local tech or tech store.
