My pc keeps closing everything

So a few weeks ago my pc started laging, like I press the start button and then a second later it just closes, every single program I try almost never works.

I know it’s not the pc because when I boot up safe mode everything works fine.

I ve had it cleaned and it’s still doing it. I don’t know what to do. Please help
