I have problems with my windows, i cant download programs that isnt in microsoft store and more i am very limited, i am the administrator of the pc if thats helps, everytime i try to download some apps like “speedfan or other programs” i get a microsoft window where is says that i cant download programs outside microsoft store, i have also problems with that i cant change background picture and lots of other things.

are there Group Policies in place?
have you installed and ran any tweaking programs - like O&O’s ShutUp10 can have this effect?

have you created and tried from another Admin account to see if it is still there?

log into the PC with a username name of PC nameadministrator account userid and see how you go.

Windows 10 in S mode is a version of Windows 10 that’s streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from the Microsoft Store, and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing.

You can check whether you’re using S Mode by going to Settings
Then System
Select About
On the About page, scroll down to the “Windows Specifications” section.
If you see the words “in S mode” to the right the Edition entry, you’re using an S Mode PC.

In order for this to be done it has to be done manually it is not something that just happens.

I dont think my pc is on a domain, i dont really know about group policies and if those are in place. i have not installed any programs without steam, google, discord, ts3 and just the basic.
