I am running an AMD ryzen 3600, an Radeon RX 580, my m.2 is a Corsair mp510 480gb, my motherboard is an ASUS Prime B450M-a.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
This does not include any information about the PSU we will need to have the make and model.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box. -

to add to whatβs already been said, plus I reckon Iβm even less of a gamer than Rusty - as in zero.
butβ¦
Iβd be attacking it for starters from a system maintenance angle.
do a TRIM on the m.2 drive - File Explorer > right click drive > Tools > Optimise.
get CCleaner (that link is for version 40, the last good one before they screwed it up) or Glary Disk Cleaner and clean out your system of junk, temp file, cache etc.
do a manual Windows Update.
disable Restore Points.
move the paging file off the m.2 drive.Comment
