Pinned Taskbar Programs not Opening or Disappearing?

I have recently been having some problems with my PC. The two main issues is if I leave my system on and walk away for a while then come back and try to open any program via desktop shortcuts or pinned programs on Taskbar, they will not open. i just get a hourglass waiting icon. When this happens I canโ€™t even open the start menu to restart the computer, I have to just do a hard restart. Today when I turned on my computer it went to the desktop but all of my desktop shortcuts were gone and nothing was pinned to the takbar, and again I couldnโ€™t open the start menu. I did a hard restart and it restarted fine. I ran sfc/scannow and it said there were errors and Windows repaired them. I have included the log file attached to this post (I had to shorten it becuase the original file was too big to uplaod so I just included the errors and the fixes) , can someone take a look at it and tell me what was wrong that Windows fixed, I would really appreciate it. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64, updated to the latest 2004 update.
The 3rd problem i am having is while watching a video on YouTube or via a media player sometimes the video sound will go all garbled almost like Iโ€™m watching a DVD that has a scratch in it. It only happens for a second but it has been happening for the last couple days. My graphics card is fairly new, a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super that I purchased about 3-4 months ago, and my NVIDIA Drivers are all up to date, along with all other drivers and my BIOs.

Sorry I forgot to update, itโ€™s not needed anymore. I reinstalled Windows, and downgraded from the May 2004 update to the 1909 update. Since doing that I thankfully havenโ€™t had any issues, no bsods, no weird errors, no programs acting strange. For the first time in about 4 months my computer seems to be totally stable. I think the reason I was having a problem is because I had installed Windows from a backup from a different hard drive. I could tell this was causing problems becuase some programs werenโ€™t opening and Windows was saying they werenโ€™t installed but then when I would go to install them it said there was already a folder for that program in Program folder. So i reinstalled with a fresh copy, not a backup and now everything is working great. Maybe in a few months when Microsoft has all the bugs worked out of the May 2004 update iโ€™ll go ahead and install that, but until then Iโ€™m just going to stay on the 1909 update since itโ€™s working fine. Thanks for the help you can mark this solved. I will go ahead and install that bsodcollection app though incase I need it in the future.
