hi thanks for helping i recieved new parts today so i have change the hdd with a ssd and changed ram so only time will tell now if not its new motherboard time

Not a problem unfortunately sometimes diagnosing can take a while to get through.

Start with just on internal drive and see how things got before adding the other.

hi just thought I should post an update but since replacing hardrive with solid state drive which came with windows pre installed my sons pc hasn’t had any problems at all ad has been used quite a lot I don’t know if i should call it success but heres hoping I just thought id let you know so you can shut this thread thank you very much for all your help its greatly appreciated
