HPz200 will not pass HP Logo

I have an HPz200 which I am using to WFH.
Had a small issue of late, where the pc sits on the HP Logo screen for sometimes up to a minute before loading windows.
As of tonight, I cannot get beyond this screen. Have tried all F key strokes I’ve found online (1,26,10 etc) delete key, nothing gets me into the BIOS. Initially thought faulty hard drive, so removed both hard drives, also all peripherals and RAM sticks one by one. What on earth do I do now?

try the Esc key for getting into BIOS.
but the HP z200 should be F10.
is there a setup password to get into BIOS? - if so you’ll see a screen with a key icon and the PC will play a tone.
