PC Randomly Switching Between Power Plans

I found that when I opened the Power Options menu that my PC was randomly switching between Ultimate Performance and AMD Ryzen Balanced (at one point I did have it set to Ultimate Performance, but then downloaded the latest AMD chipset and switched over to Ryzen Balanced) , it just keeps switching back and forth between them. Does anyone know how to get it to lock on to one Power Plan, or does Windows do that depending what you are doing on the PC (I’ve never heard of that happening). I do have Folding @ Home running in the background and I’ve had it running continuously for the past 2 months utilizing 10 of 12 CPU threads of my R5 3600 and setting GPU usage to full folding power on my RTX 2070S, so could that be the reason why it’s fluctuating?

Have you tried rebooting your computer, selecting Ultimate Performance, rebooting your computer again and see if the setting sticks?
