    PC shutter(please help me)

My Laptop(Acer aspire 5) working fine for 5-6 min after reboot or boot but then Mouse cursor start shuttering, system start lagging and it’s taking lot of time to load content(eg. Right click context menu, file manager labels, open application).
But audio working fine during lagging also.
I tried to reset the PC but that doesn’t solved the issure.
I don’t know what problem is. I search for the solution in internet but i can’t find anything.
    Please Help me!!

Sounds like something could be overheating.

Have you checked the internal temperatures including the hard drive.

I checked. it’s happening at normal temperature also.
But sometimes it’s working normal when ctl+alt is pressed or task manager is opened. Then it start shuttering again.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help any and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

        Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
        List Installed Programs
        List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

        Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us.

            Your link does not work
            Sorted.

Rather than us having to check, do you have any cracked software on this computer

Thank you for being upfront about the cracked software, unfortunately as per the PCHF Terms and rules it means that we are unable to help any further, not only because of the legal implications but also the risk that the cracked software could be infected with malware which is something that the bad guys will quite often do.

Thread closed as per the PCHF illegal software policy.
