Well, it seems to be the card. I swapped cards in our PC’s, wiped display drivers, reinstalled proper drivers for each card, and the issues persist with her card in my computer. Her computer works just fine with my card in her PC.

I did research on the Gigabyte RTX 2070 and it appears that it has been plagued with issues. I have contacted Gigabyte and I have a warranty for the card still. I’ll be able to hopefully get it exchanged. I’ve been searching the internet to see if there is a fix and it seems like the only solution is to send it in. Unless you have any more ideas, I greatly thank you for your time! I will be donating to the site in thanks for all of your efforts. Unfortunately it’s not a whole lot but hopefully it helps.

Just a fyi, yours is the second RTX related thread I have been helping with in the past couple of days, you will not be surprised to hear that our fellow member has also had to RMA their card
