Cant use my task bar

When i press on the search icon or the windows icon it doesn’t work it just pops up that a critical error has occurred and it kinda slows my computer I tried many things like all in one repair tool and troubleshooting but it still doesn’t work fine.

And also my NVIDIA control panel is missing. May that be the case?

Sounds like a bad update, try getting fresh update. Also DO NOT get your drivers from Windows, Only get them from the manufacturer of your hardware like Nvidia.

Try uninstalling any updates since you had this issue.
