Critical process died loop - cant restore or reset

Hi,

I’ve turned my pc on this morning to get a critical process died error and an auto repair restart followed with failure. I’ve attempted to restore and reset with only unspecified errors to get in the way. I’ve tried the command prompt for file scanning and again, more errors, I get the same error code when booting from a fresh windows 10 media stick. Theres nothing I can do is there? The system is 7 years old and everything is outdated.

I’ve installed a fresh media creation tool onto a usb drive I will boot it too my pc and attempt a fresh install. I did not backup any data but I have no important files on there, I mostly use it for gaming.
