Need help badly. How do i get out of this screen?

I cant get my comp to boot. Even with a recover usb in it wont boot to the bios. No key i press gets me anywhere. It says it sees my keyboard. Its says my drives are fine. Probly could fit it if i could get into the bios. I have several times tried hitting the delete key, msi mother board. Even tried f2 f8 f10 f11 f12. I have pulled the battery out of the mobo waited 10 seconds and put it back in several times.
I have tried all this dozens of times. When i get to that screen no keys work. One time it did boot from the recovery usb. It even sees the walgreens usb stick on that screen. Please help.

    Specs
    Msi mobo. La something
    Amd 3600 fx
    Nvidia 950
    8 gb ram

Not being pedantic but you boot into Windows not the BIOS, you access the BIOS when starting the computer and your picture shows that you are able to get into the BIOS, the info in your OP suggests to me that the USB ports have become disabled somehow.

Without the correct information we cannot check the specs so will have to ask, does your MB have PS/2 type ports for a wired type keyboard, if yes, do you have or can you borrow a wired keyboard.

The BIOS only detects your keyboard as being present which unfortunately does not mean that the keyboard is functional, what suggests to me that this is in some way related to the USB ports is the fact that you are able to use the keyboard to get into the BIOS

The BIOS chip has its own drivers for checking the hardware as part of the power on self test (POST) once it has done the POST it hands control over to Windows.

He has already stated"…I have pulled the battery out of the mobo waited 10 seconds and put it back in several times…".
No surprise the time/date is not set.

I pointed out to him that even though he β€œβ€¦ tried f2 f8 f10 f11 f12 .” the screenshot he added as attachment shows β€œpress F1 to run setup”.

Looks like he pressed all keys except the one required…

Guess we will have to wait and see whether or not the F1 key was included in the above

Yep saw that, just suggesting he replace it with a good one instead of putting a possibly dead one back.
